Description: Combine tools and techniques to create a mixed media piece with a twist. What’s the twist? Yarn, feathers, stamps, inks, and textiles! Under the expert guidance of well-known Ottawa fabric artist Janet Tulloch, you will be set free to stamp, feather, print, hand-stitch and assemble your way to a half-day of mixed media fun and experimentation using a variety of papers and glues. This workshop is suitable for beginners. Instructor will supply all stamps, inks, yarns, feathers, textile scraps and needles. Most materials included.

Description: Design and make your own ruffled merino scarf using the colours of love, however you define them. Add a dash of silk and bamboo embellishments to really personalize it. This scarf can be made thin enough to wear over a sweater indoors or thick enough to tuck around your neck over your favorite coat! Finished scarf is approximately 91cm. This workshop is suitable for beginners. All materials included.
